The goal of the PADI Instructor Development Course is to prepare instructor candidates to function as PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors. The Instructor Development Course is designed to further develop the leadership and teaching abilities of candidates to instructor level and prepare them to begin teaching PADI courses after successful completion of a PADI Instructor Examination. And with a permanent Course Director only teaching for Buddies, you’ll get the benefit of his experience and knowledge resulting in the best diving instruction available. Many of our instructor candidates then continue to work for us at Buddies.
