- Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in the competition rules. The competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Entry: To enter the competition, individuals must follow the entry requirements and instructions as stated in the competition rules. Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Prizes: The prizes available to be won will be stated in the competition rules. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
- Winner selection: The winner will be selected according to the criteria set forth in the competition rules. The winner will be notified by the method specified in the competition rules.
- Publicity: By participating in the competition, you agree to allow the organiser to use your name, photograph, and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes related to the competition.
- Liability: The organiser will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the competition.
- Disqualification: The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the competition rules, submits false or misleading information, or engages in conduct that is detrimental to the competition.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the competition will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the competition is held.
- Amendments: The organiser reserves the right to amend the competition rules at any time without notice.
- Sponsorship: The competition may be sponsored by third-party companies or organisations. By participating in the competition, you agree to receive communications from the sponsor(s) unless you opt out as specified in the competition rules.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the competition is held.
- The IDC must be completed in the May or Nov IDC of 2025
Competition Rules
- You must be an “In Teaching” status Divemaster prior to the commencement of the course.
- You will need to have a current Dive medical at the time of the IDC.
